In addition to the submissions for traditional oral and poster presentations, Oevaru 2026 invites submissions to Oevaru Salla, a dedicated pitch platform for bold, scalable ideas aimed at transforming mental health in the Maldivian context.

Inspired by global public innovation models, this format is ideal for proposals that integrate community-based solutions, technological innovation and emerging challenges such as climate change and mental wellbeing. Submission proposals to Oevaru Salla require a brief concept note and a short video pitch. Selected teams will present live during a dedicated session at the conference.
