This page is only for authors whose submissions have already been accepted. If you received an acceptance email, you may submit your full paper using the template and the submission form shown on the right.
Full paper submission is strongly encouraged for accepted submissions to strengthen research, evaluation, and academic writing capacity, and to support development of conference work into publishable manuscripts. However, submission of a full paper is voluntary and not required for conference presentation or participation.
By submitting, authors confirm the work is original, they have the rights to submit it, and ethical and research integrity requirements have been met.

Following the conference, selected full papers may be invited for further development or submission to journals or special issues. Such invitations are optional and non-binding.
Writing support and feedback
In keeping with Oevaru’s capacity-building ethos, the conference plans to offer:
- Full paper writing workshops
- Guidance on manuscript structure and academic writing
- Written feedback for full paper submissions
Details of these supports will be communicated separately.
Awards and recognition
Full paper submissions at the conference are reviewed for awards and recognition process. Awards may be offered to encourage high-quality full paper submissions. Award categories, criteria, and processes will be detailed in a separate document. Authors may opt out of award consideration without affecting review of their paper.
Originality, ethics, and research integrity
By submitting a full paper, authors confirm that:
- The work is original and has not been previously published
- Appropriate ethical approval and informed consent procedures have been followed
- All data are presented honestly and accurately, with all sources appropriately cited
Prior presentation of the work (e.g. as a thesis, report, or conference abstract) does not preclude submission, provided this is transparently disclosed. Please note that your full paper submission may be screened for plagiarism and AI use.

Authors are expected to:
- Disclose any conflicts of interest (financial or non-financial)
- Acknowledge sources of funding and the role of funders, where applicable
